Refund handling
Refunds remove delivered currency.
If a PayPal refund, reversal, dispute, or chargeback is processed, the related RacingCash, PremiumCoins, or account items may be removed from the account automatically.
If the balance cannot cover the reversal because the currency was already spent, the account may show a negative adjustment or refund debt until reviewed.
