Silks & Glory is a game project built for entertainment, management strategy, and fictional racing competition.
1. Game status
Silks & Glory is in active development. Visuals, features, systems, mechanics, platform plans, economy values, item values, pack amounts, and release timing may change during production and balancing.
2. Account responsibility
Players are responsible for keeping their account email, password, and sign-in session secure. Do not share account access. Silks & Glory may restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, payment disputes, exploit use, unauthorized automation, or attempts to manipulate backend systems.
3. Virtual currency and account items
RacingCash, PremiumCoins, bundles, entitlements, account items, horses, stable records, and other game data are virtual game content. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the systems approved by Silks & Glory.
4. Purchases
Purchases made through the official Silks & Glory web store are delivered to the signed-in player account. Players should confirm they are signed in to the correct account before checkout. If payment succeeds but delivery is delayed, players should contact support with the PayPal order or transaction reference.
5. Refunds and reversals
Virtual currency and account items are normally final once delivered to the account, except where a refund is required by law or by a payment processor. If a refund, dispute, chargeback, reversal, or payment failure occurs, Silks & Glory may remove the related virtual currency, PremiumCoins, account items, or benefits from the player account. 6. No real-money gambling
Silks & Glory does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, betting services, cash prizes, payouts, or financial rewards. Betting-style systems described for the game are intended as fictional in-game racing prediction and strategy mechanics only.
7. Fictional content
Unless clearly stated otherwise, horses, jockeys, trainers, owners, stables, race events, records, results, odds, and betting-style mechanics shown in-game are fictional or presented for entertainment purposes only.
8. Support and donations
Optional support through Patreon, PayPal, crypto wallet, or other channels helps development but does not represent investment, ownership, equity, profit share, financial return, or guaranteed in-game advantage.
